For any volume discount, please contact our office at time of booking.
Rates are quoted per CBM / 1000 kilos (whichever greater).
Cargo must exceed 1.5 CBM per metric ton, for co-load rate to apply (If not, surcharge may apply, check surcharge with Troy Container Line, Ltd. office service team).
Carrier to Carrier Agreement must be signed and on file at and with Troy Container Line, for co-load rates to apply.
Rates available only to bonded NVOCC (must have copy of bond on file at and with Troy Container Line, Ltd.).
All co-load rates are non-commissionable.
Additional restrictions and rates may apply depending on commodity and final destination.
Hazardous Cargo is accepted only upon approval, if acceptable, surcharge applies. (General Classes considered for approval are: 3's, 8's and 9's)
Bookings are required prior to delivering cargo. No collect trucking will be accepted at any of our receiving stations.
All Cargo must be properly packaged for export (no exposed cargo) including clear marks on freight of either POD, Booking #, or consignee.
For Mainland China, in order to guarantee smooth delivery of cargo at destination we need you to supply us as much information as possible i.e. full details of shipper and consignee, correct description of cargo, name, address, phone & fax number of receiver, clearing agent, name of person to contact at destination.
All export declarations must be filed electronically through the AES System. The U.S. Census Bureau has certified Troy Container Line, Ltd. as a data entry center. If you or your forwarder are unable to file the SED through AES or AES Direct, simply request at the time of booking that Troy Container Line, Ltd. file the document for you. The charge for this service is normally $50. In order to do this, we must have your SED/SLI info at least 24 hours before the vessel cutoff.
Bookings which contain cargo (in whole or in part) exceeding 12 linear feet in length are subject to prior approval and will be subject to a surcharge of $5 W/M per linear feet for each foot (in whole or in part) over 12 feet.
